- - Managed circulation: check-ins, check-outs, hold requests, renewals, Chromebook loans/returns (Alexandria Integrated Library Software (ILS))
- - Maintained library operations: organized chairs and cleaned workspaces
- - Delivered storytime sessions to K–8 students
School-specific experience:
- - Managed library error messages/alerts and put aside unknown barcodes, books to repair, wrong linkage, barcodes at different locations, mislabelled barcodes, etc. and repaired books
- - Sent out overdue notice reports to teachers and parents to track which books are in the library catalogue
- - Shelved returned books according to Dewey Decimal Classification and author's last name, shelf-reading and completed inventory of the library catalogue during PA day to see which books are missing or available

Student Catering Assistant, Gate Gourmet, Ottawa, Ontario

- - Assisted in packaging soda cans, beverages, and food into carts as part of the Take Our Kids to Work Day program to gain experience in a labour position
- - Served customers in an airline catering environment by pushing food and beverage carts to the proper destination for the delivery to airplane passengers on time
- - Helped employees order packaging material and inventory in bins to send to the correct station, expediting the process for delivery

- - Guided students ages 5 to 7 learn to read, write, and speak in Vietnamese during summer school as a volunteer and community experience
